A comprehensive handout with speaker information, PPT slides, and references will be available for download approximately 24 hours prior to the activity. Onsite attendees will be provided with a printed handout.
Live activities are archived as an online CE activity (audio synched with PPT slides) and available within 90 days after the live activity. Participants should claim CE credit for this home-study educational activity only if they have not claimed credit for the live activity.
